Boot Camp is very focused on overcoming the mental obstacles that keep us from improving our health and wellness. There are many activities and assignments that you can participate in that could be life changing for you.

Our coaches are also great at providing modifications for certain exercises in their workouts. If you ever have to work around an injury or certain area, you will have the opportunity to do that and improving your strength and endurance in other areas is still a great option. 

Boot Camp also offers seated and low impact workouts for beginners or for anyone who has injuries and are unable to exercise at a higher intensity.
